    well of course that will involve setting the water and electricity into the park first. And then get may be 10 of them setup.
    What i really want to know is whether there is any laws against doing that..

    As these vehicles would be for residential purposes, they would need to comply with the relevant building codes.
    As the caravans/ motor homes would not meet building standards, the utility companies wouldn't connect.

    well the double decker is going for cheap at the moment and there are plenty of them around..
