    i always thought the idea of sea ranch interesting. it's just the price that doesn't make it worth it.

    on a separate note: the pool that is visible from the google images, is that a common pool or belongs to someone?

    It's no surprise that property project failed, if they are not even able to get the ferry schedule of their one and only ferry up on their web site without having somebody print the schedule on paper, fax it to them, and then scan it back for their web site:

    Or maybe it's true and it belongs to the bureaucrats at HSBC after all

    With management fees of $3,200 per month per unit, no wonder it is a hard sell at best.
