Harbourfront Horizon query.

We have been living in HFront Horizon for the past 2.5 months and our lease ends on April 27th.
We have to stay in Hong Kong for 3 more months. It's way too much hassle to move to another place for such a short while but they don't have a lease for less than six months.
Has anyone any idea if talking to the management will do us any good? Or do you know if they would agree on a 3 month deal?
Would appreciate any thoughts!

Hi, I am in Herbourview Horizon & have friends whose lease expired & they wanted to renew for 3 more months. Management did agree but for a higher rent, than they were paying earlier. So talk to them they might agree if they are not full.

The only way to get an answer to your question is to go and talk to the management, what makes you think people here would know better than them?

100% certain that HF will increase with renewal of lease. They do it for a 6 month lease anyway so if you can get them to agree with a higher rent for 3 months, sweet, you won't get that for most places around HK.
