Hi !
I want to know some places ....to shift where the area of the house is between 1200 - 1500sq.ft.
My budget is 20 K .....but can stretch it to 25 K ( max)
I have a 3 yr old toddler ...
so i want a kid friendly place along with a preschool near by.
I do understand HK island is beyond my budget .... any recommendations for the locality or buildings ?

- Discovery Bay $18 - 25K ( older apartments )
- Siu Lam ( near Gold Coast ) Aqua Blue apartments ( 5 years old ) 1200FT2 $18500 inc car pk
- Gold Coast Residences 1450ft2 top floor duplex apartment with roof top terrace and full length balcony accessed from lounge - dining.
- Sham Tseng The Bellagio apartments 1385FT2 $21500 inc tiny balcony.
- Clearwater bay village house for roughly 25 - 35K
- Sai Kung within 10 minutes walk of town 35K plus
- Sai Kung - Tai Mong Tsai area 18 - 30K for a village house.
- Tung Chung Carribean Coast 1200FT $13,000.
