    One of these days I'm going to measure our flat. The number the realtor gave us for net sq ft seems high to me. So lets just say over 2000.

    1350 plus a 535 terrace and a 100 sq ft or so backyard. 2 pax plus helper in Midlevels.

    I needed a map for our last house which was 6 times bigger and half the price! I miss the space, but definitely enjoy living in HK now.

    That was a castle back home I guess. That's really massive :-) :-) 2,000sqf is far above HK standard ( even I'm not an expert though) Well done indeed:-)
