you forget to mention the size of the flat. must 100-250sqft according your quote. how is the rent in Aqua Blue for example? 1300sgft is 28k for your information.

yup, you are right. I live in village house in Lam Tei. the size of flat is around 400sqft. the rent is around 4000. but for others , like tuen mun town centre. it should be quite expensive. That's why I asked about where she want to rent the flat

Tuen Mun Town Centre has no larger flat than 650sqft and this will set you back about 10-13k depends on condition.

Preferably near Tuen Mun Town Centre or the public swimming pool area.

Cokezero said it right, the rent should be around 10k-13k in that area.
