    Short-term accommodation

Help, we are two females looking for cheap, short-term accommodation for the months of June and July. We work in Kowloon, but are prepared to travel. Does anyone have any suggestions?

is really modern studio, around 550 sq feet and I would rent it for HKD 17,000 per month.

Hi - did you manage to find accomodation yet? If not, I've got a fully furnished 2 bedroom flat in Yau Ma Tei for only $5000 a month that you might want to consider. Interested? It's only a two-minute walk from the MTR, and very quiet despite the central location. The reason I'm looking to sublet is because I need to spend a few months in Manila in order to set up a business there and would like to get a little revenue on my flat while I'm gone. The only downside of the flat is that it's in one of these old "walk-ups" (ie, no lift) and the apt is on the 5th floor. That's why the rent is so cheap - if it had a lift I'd be asking for a lot more I assure you. BUT consider the positives: it's a TWO-BDRM (not some miserable studio) AND it has it's own *private* rooftop because it's located on the top floor - fantastic for BBQs and throwing parties!

My only expectation from your end is that both months rent have to be paid in advance plus a one-month security deposit (standard for short-term rentals) plus a deposit for the utilities as well.

Plse let me know asap if you are interested - cheers.
