    Not bad.

Tin Hau is great area. Well connected, lots of restaurants

Apartments ok. relatively quiet for HK. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink. Nice Shower.

    Towels and bedding changed Weds/Sat.

01 apartments are biggest, and they have a wardrobe which soaks up a lot of gear. 03 apartments have the best view.

Slow lift. Business centre included. Wireless in every room and limited Now TV package.

Bring your own table lamp. Lighting is not what you would call subtle.

have a running machine on the top floor.

    No "4" floors

PM if you need more info.... Happy searching

Cool. I love hotpot but not sure if I'll be bothered by the smell if living too close.

    Transportation convenient?

    How's the furnishings?

...hot pot stall adds a certain buzz to the area for me. the smell may affect you if you live on the lower floor with the terrace. I don't really notice it.

There is a market too, so you quite often see fish or animals arriving for the butcher/fishmonger

    Furnishings - basic ok

officially a no smoking building but tenants often disregard this - which infects other units.

air con / phone / MTR

I am due to move into Domus Mercury, transfering from Domus Queen's.

Can anyone tell me if the air con / fan can be turned off? The one in Queen's is constantly on and drives me round the bend.

Also, is there a phone in the flat?

How far is the walk to the nearest MTR?

you can ask the attendant to turn off the a/c.

choice of 2 mtr stations between 5 and 10 mins (10 if you really take your time)

Phone included. and well as ipod dock I think.
