Hillsborough court - 8 old peak road

Was wondering if people knew about hillsborough court. My partner and I are considering renting in this building. We both work in central so it seems convenient.......

Mix of families and professionals. Nearest grocery is on May Road and you have to walk up the very steep Old Peak to get back to your house. Shuttle to Central, but it costs a bit each ride. Decent pool and gym. Relatively modern. Mid-range of prices for this very very pricey part of town. I think it is all owned by one management company so quite a repair staff on hand to fix things.

My only knock would be slightly isolated compared to some other options--you need to cab or shuttle or walk to get to other parts. About 15 minute walk downhill to get to LKF, but uphill...that's another battle. It's not like there is a grocery across the street and a pub around the corner, if that's something you really want (i.e. living on top of retail options). That said, plenty of people do live there and get to Central, and it's certainly closer than most other parts of HK, just a bit isolated in "on the doorstep" options.

This is so helpfull. Do you know what the outdoor swimming pool is like? Have seen pictures however it looks small for the number of apartments
