Causeway Bay Apt

I am a young American Architect moving to HK in early December.
Looking for a studio apartment (perhaps serviced, or not) in Causeway Bay near the MTR. Something modest but modern/clean/safe.

Anyone have suggestions? Budget is under $10k

Service studios. urban cubes? I've had good experience with them before.

When you get here stay in a service apartment until you find a place. Get an agent (actually lots of agents) to take you around and look at places. Best way, I think, since stuff is always coming available and then it goes quickly. Then you can have a good look at at a bunch of places before making a decision.
