Empire Studios or 9 Studios?

For my 2-week trip, I'm trying to decide between Empire Studios and 9 Studios. Seems like a lot of good reviews on Empire on this forum, but not much about 9 studios. Could anyone compare the 2? Which building is nicer, and types of ppl staying there, safety of the location, convenience, bathroom, furnitures, cleaniless, service, etc. of both places.

I have stayed at Empire during when I first arrived in HK, I found it to be very good. Location is great, near everything including MTR and mini-buses and taxis. Plus it is located on Hysan Ave, a high end street with a low traffic density than other parts of Causeway Bay. Service was excellent. All the other tenants are working professionals and it allowed a peaceful and quiet night sleep for everyone. Plus they have a no-smoking policy which is good for a non-smoker like me.

The only drawback was that there studios are in high demand, so you should try to book early and if you need to extend you stay, do so in advance. We extended our stay for 3 months, but couldn't extend for another 3 months, due to the high demand.
