We are looking at some flats at Park Central in Tseung Kwan O. I wonder any Geos live there and can provide some valuable feedback about this estate.

I have a 15month old baby so would like to know whether the club house has a nice place area or playroom for baby. If possible how big is the play area in Park Central. We weren't able to see the club house and property agents cannot enter with us. Is it baby friendly?
