I also live at Bellagio. Like Alby mentioned there was a wait with PCCW but because we were able to organise it in advance it meant we had our connection from the day we arrived. We have had our modem and set top box replaced by PCCW about 5 times in 3 years but I would still use them again because the do send a technician to fix things pretty quick and Now boradband seems to have more channels I like. Both I cable and Now Broadband regularly have people on the street over the road by the ATM flogging their services so you could compare there if you want to wait and choose.

We got our carpark through an agent, not the building management but as Alby mentioned there are always carparks advertised on the noticeboard in the club house for very similar prices.

Personally the BBQ smell doesn't both me at all, I live on 49 though and the smell can be strong on weekends with the windows open so don't be fooled into thinking a higher floor will help you escape it. I like being high though.

    Welcome to the neighbourhood.
