Moving Flats - movers and transferring utilities (electricity, water, gas)

Hi all, my first time moving within HK to a new flat. How do I go about transferring my current HK Electric, Towngas and WSD water accounts to the new flat? Does the landlord first need to disconnect service in his name first and also provide current reading?

Also wondering if there are movers that can be hired to move flats in same building or on same street? No van/trucks/driver needed....

    thanks!!

You don't transfer utilities. You close the old accounts down from the previous property and open new ones at the new property.
