Hi,
Moving to HK and my little girl will be going to school in Lam Tin, can anyone suggest a good place to live that will get me a 3br for around 40k. I like to be amongst it all but also need a good balance cos of kids. nice building with pool, playground etc is a must.

Plenty of places within your budget in Lam Tin and Kwun Tong. You may also consider TKO New town which is a few MTR stations away.
