Currently in Hong Kong sorting out arrangements before moving out in September. Going to have a look around Kennedy town and wan chai this weekend. Is there any developments etc I should be looking at?
27 so still enjoy a bit of a party but also like my wind down time!
Work in central - don't mind up to 30 minute commute and budget for rent up to 25k. Looking for somewhere that's got some open spaces but with not living in a prison cell!

Never even though if that possible. Just had a fun time trying to open a bank account, wonder what fun I could have trying to get a mortgage!
