Please find me the perfect serviced apartment!

I'm going to HK for a holiday for one month from december to January so am looking for a place to stay with a budget of up to around $16,500. It needs to be near good transport so I can go and see the sites and would hopefully be near a park.

I'll be spending quite a lot of time in the apartment itself so would like somewhere with a nice view (eg. not with another high rise building right in front of my window). I definitely need cooking facilities and preferably a balcony.

My top choice so far is the 22-29th floor of The Lodge in West Kowloon (535 Canton Road). I've also found Treasureview in Sheung Wan but it's only on the 5th floor and I doubt the view will be very good.

Also, there was the perfect looking one called albeo near aberdeen park but it's not near good transport so I've had to rule that one out.

So can anyone give me advice on these places or recommend somewhere else? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you looked at Royal View in Tsuen Wan - they have a shuttle bus to the MTR and are not next to anything high so good views from all rooms (they are under the bridge linking Tsing Yi to NT). A little farther out but I never found it a problem, and their 2 bed serviced appts had a decent kitchen and laundry facilities.

So does somebody know something I don't? I got a red blob with "you faggot" attached to this (quite innocuous, I thought!) post...... A bit difficult given I'm female but anyway ..... I never saw any odd activity at this hotel, but it's possible that this blobber is trying to be helpful rather than just rude. Anybody know?

What kind of moron leaves a comment like that, especially to a female.
Maybe that person had a bad breakup there with his partner. LOL

I recently got a comment "YOU SUCK" for pointing out something and my post was not even rude or trying to make the poster look bad. Dont even know why I bother sometimes helping stranger..

I think it's just people who are bored with nothing to do so they add random blobs on random posts with random rude comments. Possibly the same type of people who think that vandalism is "fun". I saw another thread where somebody else got a red blob for a completely innocuous comment so I'm guessing it's just one person! Not going to worry about it - I think the system keeps them from doing too much damage!
