Manhattan Heights

After a year and half in Singapore looks like I might be moving back to Hong Kong. I used to live in Manhattan Heights before moving back to Singapore and would like to move there again.
Would appreciate if people can share how much are the rentals going for 3 bedroom apartments?

Also what is the rent in Belechers for a 3 bedroom apartment (approx 1000 sqft)
