    There are only a few buildings in Sham Tseng - best places would be (from personal point of view):

    Bellagio / Sea Crest (Phase 2-3-4 - NOT one as too crowded in my view) / Anglers Bay.

    My daughter is accepted by American International school, my agent suggest olympic station and kowloon station as they are relativity close to school and on school bus route. I don't know my hour yet, if say from 6:30am to 6:00 pm, will the subway ride be that bad?

    It will be fine, you'll get a seat on the way in. I commute at that time in the morning, though I go home earlier than 6pm. You'll be standing at 6pm on the way home, but it's only 4-6 minutes.
