This sounds great. I can take anything under an hour. Which building in Sham Tseng? I will start looking.

CKC is in Central so what you are looking at is Central.

If you want to live out a bit then living WEST make sense so:
Tung Chung, Tsing Yi, Sham Tseng, Gold Coast etc etc all work.

Now, I don't know your budget/work hours but, I do this everyday (my office is in Admiralty, which is worse than CKC coming from the West):
    - Morning, Bus to Office - Door to my desk in 40mn max (unless accident etc)
    - Evening: office to my door - 40mn max (unless accident etc)

I live near Sham Tseng. ALWAYS get a seat on the way to go and on the way back I'd say 75/80% of the time. The Bus trip itself is 30mn (bit less if CKC).

NOTE: I am in the office "early" by HK standard ~ 815

There are only a few buildings in Sham Tseng - best places would be (from personal point of view):

Bellagio / Sea Crest (Phase 2-3-4 - NOT one as too crowded in my view) / Anglers Bay.

My daughter is accepted by American International school, my agent suggest olympic station and kowloon station as they are relativity close to school and on school bus route. I don't know my hour yet, if say from 6?30am to 6?00 pm, will the subway ride be that bad?

It will be fine, you'll get a seat on the way in. I commute at that time in the morning, though I go home earlier than 6pm. You'll be standing at 6pm on the way home, but it's only 4-6 minutes.
