Looking for flatmate in Tsing Yi or Ma Wan (Park Island)

Hi,
I'm 31 years old professional male from Taiwan and already working in HK for 1 year.
I'll try to find someone who is willing to share a 650~720 ft flat with me start from Dec/15. And the period is at least 6 months or longer.No pet, no smoking please.

The rental in Ma Wan (Park Island) is around 7500~8500 HKD/month with 2BR/ living room/ Bath room and a kitchen. Flat is only 6 years old with club and 24hr shuttle bus to Tsing Yi/ Tsuen Wan MTR for every 10 mins. Also high speed ferries to Central (20 mins) and Tsuen Wan West(10 mins).

Another choice is near (above) Tsing Yi MTR station, flat is also new (10 years) but price is higher (over 8500).
