    Yes. We even managed to get public liability cover out of them which was supposed to be impossible.

    No no, this was an external consultancy firm that check property status that has been registered for mortgage and insurance purposes. However I understand where youre coming from.

    Forgot to add, I have been able to claim the government rental remibusment on where we live.

    Contacted them and they said they would not be able to help.
