Thanks this is quite useful. I spent ages trying to find a word version before that I could edit but to no avail so I spent ages manually converting the pdf version to word.

Although the ones in this link are substantially different from the generic ones which are normally used. Plus it's missing Chinese. Any ideas?

I've not reviewed the changes and don't have an opinion on the CLIC template, compared to the standard stationary store template that one can buy for a few dollars, or some popular ones found through google searches.
