    Thank you @mur.su — you and @Grumbler got it right, will be at the uni
    @pin we like the idea of a quiet spot away from the action ... it seems easy enough to go into the chaos of TST or Central when we want it but we prefer a bit more of a snoorfest Not having a commute seems to be a big bonus, too

    Btw it's a very "local" area with very limited amenities.

    If I were you, I would take it. The benefits are more than the discounted rent.
