Any experience with La Vie Property?

Hi all,

I will be moving to HK in November and so I am taking a look on Spacious HK for apartments and I have found one that suits me but the price is a little low for the area. Also, the agency, La Vie Property, doesn’t seem to have an active website. However, the agent has been posting on Spacious for many years and I have not been able to come across any bad reviews for the agent online. Web searching online hasn’t revealed any bad reviews saying it is a scam and I can’t really find anything at all. Good or bad. Does anybody have any experience with this agent or perhaps know ways I can find out about whether agents are legit?

Come to Hong Kong and stay in a serviced apartment while exploring the areas first. Don't waste your time looking at specific properties (and specific agents) now since they will be gone by the time you arrive.
