i-house studio: any opinions?

Hi Everyone,

I'm travelling to Hong Kong for a month next in February and am kind of interested in staying in i-house studios, has anyone lived there before? What are the conditions like? Mainly do random ppl come in at random times (like cozy studios) or is it relatively safe?

I believe that if you rent a studio you and/or your friends/visitors may go in and out at any time which will appear to others as random. I can't see any safety issue in HK anywhere. I would rather focus on the noisiness of the doors.
