Could anyone recommend a decent place to rent for exactly one month starting just after New Year's eve with good transport to Admiralty/Central? I have a budget of 36k maximum, would it be possible to get a 2-bedroom suite for that price?
Is there any block I should be specifically looking for? Are property agents good for such a short-term rent? In fact, I don't really know where to get a list of serviced apartments if that's what I'd have to go for.
I would much appreciate it if anyone could give me a clue on what would be my best option.

Your best option would be a serviced apartment. In either Wan Chai, Central or Sheung Wan or a quick jaunt across the Harbour via MTR to TST.
