What aspect of it are you trying to replicate?

    Location?

The only serviced apartments I can comment on (because I have stayed there) are Royal View apartments. I liked them but many would say the location is not great (Tsuen Wan). Other than that, they are good short term options, furnished, varying service features, gym, swimming pool, free bus to MTR etc etc.

Another cheap option is Gold Coast Residences - also do cheap 1-bed apartments for circa 9k I think, newish buildings, great facilities, again - not exactly centrally located but if that is not an issue then worth a look.

There's a place called "Apex Horizon" in Kwai Chung under the same company. Rates start at $7,990. Location isn't that great, but it's a lot cheaper than Harbourview/Harbourfront.

Hi, you could consider The Royal View Hotel in TingKau with your budget under 10K/mth....

    Pluses:-
-3mins from a beach, important with the summer coming
    -24hrs well equiped gym
-ParknShop International in ShamTseng. Just HKD5 on a minibus from outside the hotel.
    - Stunning seaview from your service apartment room
    - Property management by 'SunHungKee' property
    - Far from Wanchai's/LKF's if that's your thing

    Minuses:-
    - Far from Wanchai's/LKF's if that's your thing
    - No help with moving-in day from the hotel staff, good if not much luggage.
    (...Really struggling with the negatives...)

Minimum stay 1 mth and there loads of expats staying there on short/medium term contract. Would recommend the 'Seaview' opposed to the 'Mountainview' rooms if within your budget though...

    Hope this helps!
