Just signed up for a 3 month least for SoHo Plus 1 BR. Place was in an awesome location, awesome price, and looked really clean and new. The real estate agent was very nice and helpful. Haven't started living there yet but they have 24 hour service in case anything goes wrong. Good luck!

I stayed in the studio at Excellent Soho when I first arrived in HK. Its an awesome location and great for going out during your first few weeks in HK, but I was over it after that. The studio has a rock hard bed (huge bathroom though) and was noisy at times, due to bars downstairs. Also, no curtains covering the kitchen window (only blurred white plastic) so light got in the room - I ended up covering the windows with newspaper! Id rate it 7 out of ten for short term stay only (wouldnt want to live there long term).

does the building have an elevator? Also, the building is on an alley? is it scary to come back to late at night?
