Hi,

Is there anyone who has lived in Yukon Court and can give me some feedback on living there, convenient shopping and any other info on the building?

Hi, we have lived in Yukon Court. It's very convenient to the escalator (as you would have worked out already) and it's also easy to get a taxi from outside the building. There are also green mini buses into Central from the building next door. The closest supermarket is the ParknShop on Robinson Rd.

The pool area is pretty grotty but, hey, it's a pool!

Do you have any kids? If so, I can give you the run down on nearby playgrounds etc.

Make sure that you get the landlord to agree to a break lease if they renovate the outside of the building. This is something that they are currently considering I understand.

Just out of interest, how much are they asking for the apartment?
