    Angry Avoid Cozy Studios

I know this is a late post but after reading all the posts from people asking about short term stays, I had to warn people about Cozy Studios.

Avoid Cozy Studios at all cost. I stayed at their CSB location a few months back and needless to say it was crap. The rooms were dirty, airconditioning was ineffective, you had to bring your own towels and buy your own toilet paper (WTF???), upstairs from the units were brothels/whorehouses.

They claimed the room was 300Sq Feet? What a load of S**T, more like 80 Sq feet.

The list goes on and on, the locale is also shared with a "Hourly" love hotel with people coming in and out all the time. The locks on the doors were useless because I was able to jimmy the lock to get back into my unit.

Internet was inconsistent, noisy, dingy, smelled of sewage, only 1 sink in the unit that served as both the bathroom sink and kitchen sink.

Hot water lasted for all of 5 minutes, no hot water in the faucets. Totally and utterlly disgusting.

I could go on and on about this scam/rip off establishment.

I hope they all burn in hell.

all of this is typical of serviced apartments with this price range including cityloft, urban cube, studio studio et al.

but yeah it sucks if you are surrounded by brothels and love hotel... maybe that would compensate for the crappy internet connection. at least you have "free porn channel"

Where is CSB? And why did you choose to move in to the place if it was a brothel building?

Sorry Causeway Bay, I moved in cause I didnt have a choice. The company that hired me told me to look for places, so I looked while I was overseas. And I chose that place by mistake, cause it was close to Cally Fitness.

Company paid for it all in advance, I wanted Burlington or something more upscale but at the time when I was due to arrive, they were filled up.

Yeah my bad for choosing something sight unseen.

Avoid them at all costs, the people who run the scam are a bunch of morons as well...

I've seen their $6000 room when I first got to HK 2 years ago. It should be called Crazy Studios...

But, yes... people choosing it because of it's location and no contract limitation. To my view, it's slightly better than refugee camp.
