1BR serviced apartment for $20K. Any suggestions?

My budget is $20K a month, would prefer 1 BR with around 500 sq feet. I will be working in Central so looking to live within 20 minutes of commute. Here are the options that I am considering - any positive or negative feedback on the below?

    - Kush Living 255
    - Domus U
    - Shama Fortress Hill
    - Shama Mid levels
    - V Wanchai
    - Luard on the Park
    - V Causeway Bay
    - Excellent Court (Jordan, Kowloon) - is commute to central really just 20 minutes?
    - Harborview Place @ ICC Megalopolis

You should also look up Eatonhoue in Wanchai and Happy Valley, 1 bedroom and in 20k...home

Looked at that too but problem with gardeneast is that it has no 1 BR within my budget. Only studio. Or is my information wrong?

not sure, it's my company who pays, but I thought it was around 20k and studios around 17-18k.
I think they provide much better rates if you stay more than 3 months...try always to negotiate
