Looking for Apartment in HK Island

Hi All,

I will be starting work in HK on 1st Mar 2010. Now looking around for apartment. Prefer one that was fully furnished bright studio apartment.
Hope fully not too low floor, as I prefer it not too noise.

Need to be close to MTR cos offfice in Wanchai.

Prefer Move-in condition with complete set up of furniture, double bed, en suite bathroom, pantry with kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, LCD TV and broadband , air conditioner.

My max. budget will be $9,000 per month inclusive of management fee and government rate & rent, water, electricity and broadband charges.
