Nope - payment to the end of the minimum contract term. That's what a "minimum contract term" means.
Having said that, if you can agree with the landlord to find a new tenant (or pay the landlord's costs for doing so) then you would only have to pay the rent up until that new tenant does move in. The landlord isn't obliged to accept any such deal.

best thing to do is negotiate with your landlord, they are willing to consider if they think they can rent it out for a higher value than you are paying. but otherwise PDLM is right.
What do you mean by sublet?
He means you rent the place on to someone else for the remainder of the term. This is probably entirely against the terms of your lease, but people have been known to do it.
