Arch/Harbourview at Kowloon - child friendly?

I'll be moving to HK for a 6 month assignment in May. Will bring my 20 month old baby and nanny with me. I'm looking into the Arch / Harbourview serviced apartments, but wanted to get a sense how child friendly is the apartments and the neibourghood? Thanks!

Hi Yazizi - I live in the Harbourview and it's fine for toddlers. There is a kids room in the clubhouse, and some space to play outside.

The traffic is light (a few vehicles a minute on the ring-road), and slow due to the speed humps. There is some kind of pre-school attached to Elements mall too.

I see lots of families with small kids living around here.
