Vantage Park - Whats your opinion

Just looking to see if anyone has any opinion on Vantage Park on Conduit Road. Any insights - positive or negative would be good. Also in what range should one expect rent over there therse days for a 2 BR. Saw one today in reasonably good shape, is definately a little older than some of the more recent developments but again not too old like a lot on mid levels.

I live in Vantage Park.

Positive point are :
Convenient location. One of the apt's exit is connected to the escalator which takes you to Central within 15 minute walk.( or by minibus from Conduit Rd)
Frequent buses to Admiralty, Wanchai and CWB from nearby Robinson rd. Taxi is cheap in here though I don't have to take that much.
Many supermarkets, shops and restaurants in neighbourhood.
If you like eat out/ night out, this is a perfect location.

Negative:
Building is old, think 15 yrs old so is drainpipe etc..
Yet it all depends on how well room renovation is done. Some other rooms I've seen in this apt look very new.
Some building construction are ongoing in neighborhood so a little noisy in day time. But no prob if you are out for work.

Not sure the price range for a 2BR lately. An ad in a real estate office along the escalator says 22.5K or something for 2BR, I think.

I like this place and may renew the contract unless my landlord rise the rent
