Hello fellow HK'ers,

We have recently moved to Hong Kong and looking to move out of our corp housing into somewhere to call home. We have seen apts in Convention Plaza (Pricey), J-Residence (not generous layouts), Tai Koo Shing (a bit older than we would like, esp those w/o renovation). But are yearning for a little more space or dollar for budget.

Following are the criteria we are seeking:
- 2 Bedroom, generous layout, 1000+ sq ft.
- Accessible to Cheung Kong Centre via MTR (most likely via Central Station Tsuen Wan or Island Line). Would like to minimize walking time in the summer.
- Modern renovations
- Prefer open views, with some units not too close or too low
- $30k to $40k budget inclusive of mgmt fees.
- Doesn't have to be ex-pat-friendly since we are both Cantonese and the misses can read/write fine. We love shopping in wet markets.

We are not looking to buy though, since we may be only in HK for two years. (Own too much property already!)

Thanks!
