I understand there is a building coming up next to Goldwin Heights. Is the noise, dust, etc from that construction unbearable for people syating at Goldwin Heights. Just wondering how painful life is for folks there cos of the construction. Did see a decent apartment there and when I was around on a weekday evening and morning on a Saturday there wasnt much construction happening. Would help to get opinion from folks in that vicinity.

I'm just up Seymour and have "The Seymour" going up next to me. Once the piling finished the noise is OK - particularly if you have the windows shut (which will be the case for the next few months I guess).

it has been a lot less noisy . Also if ur apartment is facing Robinson road it should be fine. We have friends in that building they have 2 small children and no major issues as such with the noise
