Serviced apartment for short term stay

Hi,

A friend of mine is moving to HK and need somewhere to stay with his gf for a month while hunting for a permanent place to live. They want to pay between 8-10k and has asked for a decently clean place, preferably with a kitchen or at least a kitchenette to prepare some meals at home.

Area is not super important, but within the triangular location of TST, CWB and Sheung Wan would be great.

Anyone has any places to share?
