Don't know either of them I'm afraid, but if you are just moving books, clothes and stuff (not large bits of furniture) then I thoroughly recommend http://www.sevenseasworldwide.com Good value, very efficient (SMS confirmation of all deliveries of boxes, pickups, etc), and no hassle at all.
Out of the two - Sterling.
We relocated back to HK 2 years ago from London. Sterling is professional (i was there when they packed). They even had a custom made box for our antique chinese robes. No damages.
But I do know that Sterling is expensive. What we did was to use santa fe as the supplier and they used Sterling (their counterpart) in UK to do the packing for them. It works out to be cheaper than asking Sterling to do it. In any case, Santa Fe is also very swift in unloading the stuff. We had it done within the same day the stuff unloaded at our flat.
I moved with Sevenseas a few years ago too, they are very good.
We too used Striling for the UK end of our relocation and they were great. I would highly recc. They were professional, quick and everything was well packed - nothing broke and we were very pleased. We used Asian Tigers for the Hong Kong un-packing and they were also excellent.
