Exclamation Polution in HK & Driving between China and HK

    Hello everyone,

I have the choice of moving to HK, GZ or Singapore. As I work in and around China I would rather live in HK as this would minimise the time in the plane and/or car.

    Now my first question.
I have read a lot about the air and water polution in HK. Is it really sooo bad?

    Here is the second question.
As the cars in HK and China having the steering wheels not on the same time, am I permitted to cross the border and drive in the other country?
As my company has a factory in GZ, would it be benificial to register the car over there?

I look forward to hear from anyone on the above.

    Cheers,
    Marty

    >>> For the air, yes, i think it is. For the water, i dont think it is bad...

    >>> yes as long as you have both driving licenses and the car are registered in China and HK as well. But it is not an easy task to have car registered in China and HK as well.

    >>>i dont think so.

HK air is better than the air in China, Singapore probably is best.
