Too hard to get known with HK?

I will be moving to HK this September. Well, I'm going there more as a student, so not much of a time I will spend getting known with HK.

But in my spare time, I'll try to use every moment to travel trough HK. Any good advice what should I see first, best way to travel, and any specificated path which I could use to get to most significant places?

And I'm specially interested in any stores and places where you could buy manga or anime. Even any societies of manga artists. That would mean a looot

    Thanks a lot

Easier if you know how to get to Sino Centre on Nathan Road near Mongkok MTR....well I was thinking of Chinese translated version. There's a small shop called Animate at the basement where they have Japanese manga including the weekly manga mags, plus some figures.

For a better collection, try Sogo Department Store in Causeway Bay - there's a Japanese bookshop on the 11th floor (or is it 12th??), with a good collection of manga, mags, illustration books - some even come by airmail. Again this is the original Japanese version, and they've got their own exchange rate.

Some Uni has their own Manga/Anime Otaku club.

Also, you've just missed out on the Amine-fest held a couple of weeks ago...
