    Question Advice needed

    Hello all...

Me and my fiancee are moving to Hong Kong beginning March.i have couple of questions:

I am European so can i come and get three months visa on the border and can i extend my visa afterwards by travelling to China and come back.

We decited to get married in Hong Kong. I am very confused by the system (the waiting list or what is it) by the magistry. Can anyone who has got some experience with this, please advice me ???? we are both foreings, both from differnet countries. what kind of documentiation do we need?

    Thank you very much.

I have no idea but I hope the following web links can help:

Marriage registry comes under Immigration Department:

For sure, you both need a copy of the birth certificate from your home country, your idenification (e.g. passport). But I am curious why you both want to get married in Hong Kong.

About your visa....yes, you can try to come in and out every 3 months but it's not guarenteed. If you plan to work here, you really need a work or dependent visa.
