Since your office is in Wanchai and if you don't mind the commute, you could try Park Island. I'm paying 8400 for 700 square feet. It should take around 45 mins to commute. My husband does the commuting now and so far, no complains.

Any reccomendation on the decent 2 bedroom flat close to the Ruttonjee Centre or 30-40 min. travel can be considered? My budget's around 5000-6000 HKD/month.

    Thx!!!

Try Tai Po. There is a direct bus #307 to HK Island that goes by Wanchai and takes 45 minutes from Tai Po. Living in Tai Po is great - lots of greenery, more value for your money in terms of rent and groceries.
