Anyone living in One Silversea?

Hi There,

Is there anyone from GeoExpat living in One Silver Sea by Olympic Station on the Tung Chung Line? My husband and I just found an apartment there and will be moving in mid July from New York, would love to meet some people who are also in the complex. We can hang out by the pool or something.

We got a 1,218 sq ft apartment for 29k. 3 br, 2 bath, overlooking the Victoria Harbour. 13' ceiling, huge living room and good sized master bedroom, I can actually put a US sized queen bed in there and have additional space. The unit is brand new, never lived in. In my opinion, after seeing many other places in both HK island and west Kowloon, this one is the best deal for its quality and size. Actually, other similar sized units in the same complex are going for 30K+, we landed a pretty good deal.

One Silversea is a very good complex, it has a gorgeous infinity pool, a gym that overlooks the harbour, and other nice club amenities, although you have to pay by use.

Let me know if you end up renting there!

Yes, I know a little about One Silversea. There was a great buzz about it. I prefer the views from Kowloon side. And a gym overlooking Victoria Harbour sounds great. Definitely motivate me to lose the flab. Will certainly take a look next time.

Do you know what's the current status of rent for One Silver Sea? My agent told me for 880'' is about 29k and for 1,000'' is about 34k. It seems higher than the 29k you mentioned for 1,000''.

Hi there, I am interested in renting at One Silversea as well and was wondering if anybody has any updated information on rents (probably have gone up a lot?) for a 3BR/2B or 2BR/2B unit around Olympic Station. I'll be working at ICC so this seems to be a super convenient location. TIA!
