3 months notice - is it reasonable

    As many have said before depends on the profession you are in and the level of experience.

    In my profession 3 months is the total norm.

    if the clause for you is either you have to pay three month salary or give three month notice when you leave job. And company can decide depending on project need if they prefer three month notice period rather salary.

    can this be challeneged legally?
