Both are new developments with great facilities, but in completely different locations. Cullinan will make it easier for your husband to get to the airport as it's located over the Kowloon airport express station. With school age children, you may want to decide about schools first before looking for accommodations, because schools can be harder to find than homes, especially if you need to go to an English medium
School. Finally, you may want to consider Alpine Court and Beont Court on Kotewall Road, where we have lots of Pakistani families with children! Good luck and welcome to Hong Kong!

    Hi!
We live in The Cullinan and we love it! The location is so incredibly convenient as you live "on top" of Kowloon MTR station and right by the Western Harbour Tunnel. Take the MTR and you are in Central in 3 minutes, Elements shopping mall underneath has a good supermarket and lots of good restaurants. Airport is 20 minutes door-to-door. PIPS is within the same compound and offers baby playgroups through kindergarten in English and Mandarin. Great fun, my 2-year old really loves it there. My 5 year old son goes to school in Kennedy Town, all major schools have their school buses running to The Cullinan/Kowloon Station area. Schools on HK Island but there are also good school in Kowloon Tong which is about 10-15 minutes on school bus. We couldn't be happier here, facilities are good for the kids too. We also looked at Bel-Air in Pok Fu Lam, and although they have great facilities we found the place much to remote, we wanted to live more central.
