    Obviously you do not read into the tariff plans in detail. They do indicate it there. And if you are using a smartphone, especially iphone, you will definitely be subscribing to 3g services. Only 2g uses gprs. As for your thread purpose, just get a prepaid sim card. Data services are available as well.

    Hey...they do have many different sim cards. The one I have is known as the iPad sim card but you can make and receive calls. The sim card is $198, so check it out at 7/11, etc.

    after some research, indeed the best prepaid data sim card is three's 3g ipad. however, after visiting about 6 three shop and 30+ 7 eleven, all no stock.

    anyone knows where got stock?
