- thats a good one. Do you work for a property company by any chance?
If not, you should consider it as you have natural talent to speak the selective truth.
There are far more appropriate choices on the island without resorting to the dark side, but sure, by all means one should consider it before rejecting it as being a bit of an off the wall option.
Yes. But for that budget you can also get a nice duplex in one of the the other towers, often with amazing view!Original Post Deleted
I would live closer to school than work. It's just easier to manage play dates, after school activities etc.
Normally, anywhere else I would do that. But here, with the school situation, we have friends living all over the place. Our school is in Kennedy Town but my son's friends (and some of the other mothers whom I'm friends with), live in Ap Lei Chau, Repulse Bay, Stanley, Gold Coast and Lantau Island!
I am guessing the OP's kids are in ESF (1 in the Peak and another in Pok Fu Lam), hence the majority of the kids will be from the area.
Yeah sure, I work for a property company. It's a pity you are so blunt, we have hundreds (if not more) of families living here with kids in school all over the island and at least half of the people living here work in Central. It takes my husband exactly 12 minutes from door-to-door to get to his office. We lived in Manhattan a few years and like TS, are city people. I am just pointing out the possibility of Kowloon Station because she might be miserable in the remote expat enclaves like the Southside, Pok Fu Lam etc. We are forever greatful thet our relocation company pointed us towards KS, had no idea living here would be so convenient and so much fun!
Happy house hunting "Monster"!![]()
