SKYPE - costs are deceiving

the rates skype give are deceptive, if you view "My usage" in account window, it has the ''rate/min'' of the calls l made, it has "HK$0.186" for ''rate/min'' for calls to HKG, but today a "1min" (actually <32secs) cost HK$0.68, so that would make it HK$0.68 for ''rate/min'' , every other call is more expesive than the quoted ''rate/min''
anybody else experienced this for other countries?

Whats with all the different threads bemoaning Skype?

If you don't like the service just use a normal telephone.

why not use viber, with a wifi connection, it's free as long the other person has viber on their smartphone

IOf you read the rate sheet carefully you would see that there is a HK$0.49 connection charge per call.
