Hello All!
This is my first time on any sort of thread/post/message board etc. I am a 20 year old university student in North America who has never travelled to Asia and I just received a summer internship offer with a reputable investment bank in Hong Kong. The offer stipulates my accomodations will be taken care of and that my salary will be $10,000 HKD per month (app. 1,200 USD). I know little about the price leve in Hong Kong, and while I am appropriately excited about the offer and the incredible experience I could have, I simply dont know if prices in HK are low enough that I could live off of that much money (I currently budget a little less than that at school including rent, but who knows when abroad). Any sort of guidance would be great.
Cheers all!
